TurboReachPrivacy Policy

Terms of Service

In effect from 27 October 2026

These are the terms for using TurboReach. By opening an account, or by using one of our free tools, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use TurboReach.

The short version

  • Your shop, your products, your customers and what you write are yours, and you answer for them.
  • We provide the tools. In every sale your shop makes, you are the seller and we are not part of it.
  • No money passes through TurboReach: your customers pay you directly.
  • Use TurboReach for honest, lawful business only.
  • Anything written by AI is a draft. Read it before you use it.
  • Google decides where a website appears. We promise the work, never a position.
  • You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account.

1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and BrightVector Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”), which runs TurboReach. They apply when you open an account, and when you use one of our free tools without one. The Privacy Policy is part of them.

You must be 18 or older and able to make a contract. If you use TurboReach for a business, you confirm that you may agree to these terms for that business.

2. Your account

  • Give your real name and contact details, and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your password to yourself. What is done under your account is taken as done by you.
  • Tell us at once, at faiz@brightvector.in, if you think someone else has got into your account.

3. What TurboReach is

TurboReach is a set of tools for a small business: an online shop, billing at the counter, the shop on your own domain, and help with being found on Google. Some tools on our website are free and need no account.

We keep improving it, so features are added, changed and sometimes removed. When we remove something you are likely to depend on, we tell you beforehand where we reasonably can.

4. Your shop is your business

You are the seller. An order placed on your shop and a bill made at your counter are between you and your customer. We are not a party to them, and we do not act as your agent or your customer’s.

So these are yours to get right:

  • What you sell: that it is legal to sell, that you hold any licence your trade needs, and that it is as you describe it.
  • Prices, taxes and GST. TurboReach makes bills and invoices from what you enter. Checking that the rates and the figures are right is your job.
  • Delivery, returns, refunds, and answering your customers’ complaints.
  • The policies your shop shows, and keeping the records the law asks you to keep.

Money. No money passes through TurboReach. An online order is paid to you on delivery, and a counter bill is paid to you directly. The payment code your counter shows a customer is made from the UPI ID you typed, so check that it is yours.

5. Your customers’ details

Your customers’ names, numbers, addresses, orders and bills are yours to look after. You decide what is collected and why. We hold them for you and use them only to run your shop, as the Privacy Policy describes.

  • Tell your customers what you collect and why. Your shop has a page for this.
  • Send messages and offers only to customers who agreed to receive them, and ask for a review only from people who really bought from you.
  • Answer a customer who asks to see, correct or delete their details.
  • Look after the devices you bill on. A counter device keeps a copy of your customer list and your recent bills so it can work without the internet. Press “Stop using this device” before you sell it, lend it or give it away.

6. What is not allowed

You may not use TurboReach to:

  • sell or promote anything that is illegal to sell where you or your buyers are;
  • mislead buyers, for example with made-up prices or discounts, false claims about a product, or reviews that are false or paid for;
  • publish words, pictures or brand names you have no right to use;
  • send messages people did not ask for;
  • harm or overload TurboReach or anyone else’s website, break into anything, or get around a limit we set;
  • copy TurboReach, resell it, or collect its pages or its shops’ data by machine.

If a shop or an account breaks these rules we may take content down, switch the shop off, or close the account. We tell you what we did and why, unless the law stops us.

7. What you put on TurboReach

Your products, photos, pages, posts and everything else you add remain yours. You allow us to store them, show them, resize them, keep safety copies of them, pass them to search engines and, when you ask the AI writer for a draft, pass what the draft needs to the AI service, as far as running your shop needs. That permission ends when the content is deleted, apart from safety copies that are replaced in time.

You confirm that you have the right to use what you add. If you send us an idea for improving TurboReach, we may use it freely.

8. Plans and prices

The plans and their prices are shown on our website. A plan can limit how much you may do: for example, how many products a shop can hold.

A new shop starts on the Starter plan. Opening it charges you nothing, and TurboReach does not take payment inside the app. We ask for payment for a plan only after telling you the amount, any tax on it and how to pay. If a price changes, we tell you before your next payment falls due. Money already paid is returned only where we said it would be, or where the law requires it.

9. Your own domain

  • You buy and renew the domain yourself, from the company you registered it with, and you point it at TurboReach by following the steps we show.
  • We arrange the secure (https) certificate for it.
  • If the domain lapses or is pointed somewhere else, your shop goes back to its turboreach.in address once our regular check notices, which can take some hours.
  • We may disconnect a domain that has not been proven yours, or that someone else proves is theirs.

10. SEO and Google

  • No promised position. Google alone decides where a website appears, and nobody can promise a place in its results. Our check-ups, score, lights and weekly tasks are advice. Following them usually helps. It guarantees nothing.
  • The numbers are Google’s. Clicks, searches and positions are shown as Google reports them, a few days behind. We do not change them.
  • Your Google account. When you connect Google, Google’s own terms apply to your account there. “Add my shop to Google” makes the Google account you chose an owner of the shop in Google Search Console, and Google may go on treating it as one for some time after you disconnect.
  • Check-ups. A check-up reads a website’s public pages, as a search engine does. Check websites that are yours, or have a look at one that is not; do not use the check-up to pester someone else’s website.
  • Reviews. The review poster, the review link on a bill and the review request in an email are for real customers. Google does not allow reviews that are paid for, traded or written by the business itself.

11. Text written by AI

The AI writer drafts descriptions, posts, explanations and replies. A draft can be wrong, can leave something out, and can resemble what the same AI wrote for somebody else. Read every draft and correct it before you use it.

Once you use a draft, it is your content like anything else you publish, and you answer for it. To keep the cost fair for everyone, each account can ask for a set number of drafts a day, and the writer as a whole has a monthly limit. When either is reached, it stops until the next day or the next month.

12. The free tools

The free website check-up, the review poster and the review reply writer are offered as they are, to anyone, with limits on how often each can be used. A check-up’s result is a program’s reading of a website and not a professional opinion. A reply the reply writer gives you is a draft, which you post yourself, under your own name.

13. When something goes wrong

We work to keep TurboReach running and to keep safety copies of what is stored. We do not promise that it will never stop, never be slow, or never lose anything. Keep your own copy of the records the law requires you to keep.

A bill made while the counter has no internet exists only on that device until the connection returns and it is sent. If the device is lost or wiped before then, the bill is lost with it.

14. Stopping

  • You may stop using TurboReach at any time. Write to us at faiz@brightvector.in and we delete your account and your shop, as the Privacy Policy describes.
  • We may switch off a shop or close an account that breaks these terms, that puts other people at risk, or whose plan has not been paid for. Where we reasonably can, we warn you first and give you time to put it right.
  • When an account is closed, its shop goes offline.

15. What is ours

The TurboReach software, its name, its logo and its shop designs belong to us or to those who license them to us. While you have an account you may use them to run your business. You may not copy them, sell them on, or use the name or logo as if it were yours.

16. What we answer for

TurboReach is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we give no promise about it beyond what these terms say.

  • We are not liable for losses that do not follow directly from something we did: lost sales, lost profit, lost customers or lost data among them.
  • For everything else, the most we are liable for, in total, is what you paid us for TurboReach in the twelve months before the claim arose, or ₹1,000 if that is more.
  • We are not liable for what a shop sells or says, for what Google or another outside service does, or for a failure outside our reasonable control.

Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

17. Claims your shop causes

If someone brings a claim against us because of what your shop sold, said or showed, because of how you treated your customers or their details, or because you broke these terms or the law, you will cover what that claim reasonably costs us. We tell you about such a claim promptly.

18. Law and courts

The laws of India apply to these terms. If there is a dispute, write to us first and we will try to settle it with you. If it cannot be settled, it goes to the courts at Kadapa, India, and to no others.

19. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top moves. For a change that matters to you, account holders are told by email or in the app at least 15 days before it takes effect. If you go on using TurboReach after that day, you accept the change. If you do not accept it, you may close your account.

20. How to reach us

Questions and complaints about these terms, or about anything on TurboReach, go to Faiz Ahmed Khan. We answer within 30 days.
